Python wins 3rd in a row, "The Cloud" attacks

Python won for the third time in a row and had its largest margin of victory to date. JavaScript and React retain their 2nd and third place finishes respectively. Meanwhile, AWS (Amazon Web Services) cracks the top 5 with its best showing ever and is perhaps the most interesting change near the top. Rounding out the top 5 was iOS, which leapfrogged Android as the most popular mobile development technology.
